Compact + Barbed:
In-line Valves for 1/4” I.D. Tubing

Looking for 1/4” barbed style check / pressure relief valve? We offer two in-line barbed options with our Model #111 and the Model #118. At 0.475” in length, both are a great compact option for a wide variety of liquid or air applications. Additionally, this style eliminates the need for extra components, such as clamps, due to the barbs’ ability to grip tightly when inserted into soft tubing, manifolds, etc.

Like all our valves, customers build their own unique version. We offer the #111 and #118 in eight plastic body materials – Polypropylene, Nylon, Acrylic, Acetal, PVDF, Polycarbonate, Ultem®, and ABS, as well as five o-ring materials – Buna-N, EPDM, Viton®, Silicone, and Fluorosilicone. Opening pressures range from 0.09 to 20 PSI.
